A free AI readiness audit: find out what is worth automating first.
The audit is a 30-minute call, then a written report that ranks the work in your business by what automating it would return and what it would take. It is free, it is yours to keep, and there is no obligation to build anything with us.
What the audit looks at
Your workflows
How work actually moves: who touches a quote before it goes out, where a customer request waits, how many systems one order passes through. Each workflow is written down the way you would explain it to a new hire.
Return and effort
Every workflow is scored on what it costs you today in time, errors and delay, and on how hard it is to change: how structured the inputs are, how many systems are involved, how tolerant the step is of a mistake.
Data and guardrails
Where the inputs come from and how clean they are, what “wrong” looks like and who would notice, and which steps need a person to approve before anything leaves the business.
What to leave alone
A step where a mistake is expensive and hard to catch stays manual or behind a human approval. The report says so plainly rather than recommending everything.
How it runs
Request the audit
Tell us briefly what the business does and where the work piles up. We reply within one business day.
A 30-minute call
We walk through your workflows, data and tools with you. No slides and no pitch.
Your written report
Every workflow we looked at, ranked by return and effort, with a recommended order: what to do first, what it should cost and what “working” looks like for each.
The full walkthrough is in The AI-readiness audit, step by step. Want a rough read first? The ten-question readiness self-check covers the same ground on your own.
Aidan Luchans, Founder
Aidan Luchans founded Abrams & Luchanski in San Diego in 2024, and designed and built the Nexos Platform, a multi-tenant AI operations platform: AI agents, multi-step workflows with human approval, connections to roughly 90 business tools, and private knowledge search.
Aidan leads both the firm’s advisory work and Nexos’s engineering, so the person who scopes a project also builds it.
About the audit
How much does an AI readiness audit cost?
Nothing. It is a 30-minute call plus a written report mapping your workflows to what is worth automating, ranked by return and effort. The report is yours to keep, with no obligation to build with us.
How long does it take?
The call is 30 minutes. The written report typically follows within a few business days, depending on how many workflows we review.
Do I have to build with you afterwards?
No. The report stands on its own. Act on it in-house, with another team or with us.
Is the audit done on site?
The free technology audit is a call and a written audit, wherever you are, Southern California included. In Southern California, on-site sessions (workshops, discovery at your premises, design reviews, acceptance testing and training) are part of a paid build, not the free audit.
What is the difference between this and a technology audit?
They are the same thing. We call it a technology audit because it covers your software, data and automation as well as AI, and it often finds that the right first step is not AI at all.
After the audit, see what we build and how it is priced.
Start with the audit.
A short description of your business is plenty. We reply within one business day.
From advisory to implementation
Nexos works alongside Abrams & Luchanski consultants so technical solutions are designed around the business — not the other way around.
