Yes. The Business Systems Assessment carries no cost and no obligation. You keep the findings whether or not you hire us — that is the point.
Do we have to fix everything you find?
No. You choose what gets implemented, and in what order. We give you a ranked plan; the decisions are yours.
Will this disrupt our day-to-day?
We sequence work to minimise disruption and train your team as we go. Most changes are felt as things simply getting easier.
What if we already have tools we like?
Great — we build around them. We are vendor-neutral and would rather connect what works than rip it out.
Do we actually own what you build?

What happens after handoff — do you provide support?

You own everything we build, complete with documentation so it keeps running on its own. Ongoing support and a continued outsourced-department relationship are available if you want them, but you are never dependent on us to keep the lights on.
